I really needed to get back on it so started BC on Monday. I am doing a bit of BC light, having a bit of linseed bread and will prob have wine and maybe a low carb dessert on the two weekends.

So far no bad signs of carb flu which I was worried about as I have been dreadful the last few weeks and really suffered in the past.

Today's food plan is:

B: Greek yog, sploosh of cream, cinnamon, orange oil
L: scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, spinach, slice of linseed bread, lots of butter
D: home made donner kebab, tzatziki, salad, olive oil

Get it out of your system before Monday Chester! Then we'll all be there to support you, and I'll have my big stick ready ...

It's funny I actually started boot camp early as I felt really ready and didn't want to wait. Was scared I'd actually lose my motivation if I waited. Once you're on the lc bandwagon it's all or nothing. So I feel like I've got a bit of a head start as I've already lost a few pounds ( got to watch the wine tho..!)

Chester don't go down the 'never again' road! Set yourself a target that is achievable. Stay away from weigh orientated targets. Tell yourself that you will stick with BC for at least the first 2wks and that you will do it to the letter. That you will have pizza or whatever when you've completed that target. Hopefully by the end of that first two weeks you will feel tons better and the cravings will have subsided. You should also have lost weight as a side benefit. Either way it will make you feel better about yourself.

You will fare better if you concentrate on what you can have and not what you can't. Get into the mind set that its your choice not to eat it rather than someone telling you what you can or can't do. It helps with the feeling of rebellion and wanting what you think you can't have. Smile
