Can I eat as much salad and veg from the list, as I want?

Is it really alright to pour Mayo all over my salad?

Last one, can I drink herbal tea as well as water?

1/ yes to salads, no to veg, if you eat s much as you like of veg you will be eating carbs as well, IMHO the simplest way is to say that raw veg are much safer option than boiled ones, so if you have a salad/raw veg with each meal and apart from that some cooked veg you will eat much less of cooked veg because salad will fill you up

2/ yes (watch for carb % on the label, you can make mayo at home ant that's the healthiest option)

3/ yes (providing no sugar is added to it)
