I am 3 weeks into low carbing, and it's all gone great, no carb flu, easy to follow. But the last couple of days I have really lost my appetite ( and I have a big appetite), and everything tastes really salty. I am having a bpc for breakfast as I don't want to eat, and am eating a toddler sized portion of meals. Is this what ketosis does for you? Will I lose weight if I am eating small amounts? ( have lost 15 lb in first 2 weeks, then 1. Lb last week).
