Good grief Athelstane and Helium - way too much stress for you both! Hope it all resolves and goes away very soon. x

Ruprekt - eek! But no point worrying now, just back on the wagon with you. :)

Today I plan to have some kind of nice salad for lunch - just wondering if those bloody avocadoes in the fridge are soft enough now (like bloody rocks, they were).

Dinner - not sure. DH and I get bored of cooking, bored of choosing food sometimes. He says it's my fault because I don't eat chicken or pork - but we still have choice of other fowl, meats, and all fish, so I don't see that as an issue! We just get a bit fed up.

I for one am not finding this WOE any more expensive, but that's because we've always bought lots of fresh food. Food is my one extravagance. In fact it probably IS cheaper because I'm not buying my stash of chocolate and crisps any more. Although the ultra low carb bars are more expensive than my G&B chocolate! Shock

Morning all! So sorry no time to catch up with thread - weighed in and I have only lost 0.25 this week, but that is ok as that adds up to 5lb over two weeks.

Bit annoyed as I have stuck to it, however was a bit "relaxed" over weekend and have introduced nuts etc as I am a vegetarian and was getting a bit bored.

I just have to keep the faith and hope that this continues to work! I want to lose a lot more, and I want to lose it quicker than. 1/4lb a week! Smile
