Allowed veggies on Bootcamp

Ooh, I'm nervous starting a whole new thread on this shiny new section... I just thought maybe this would be handy on its own, instead of getting lost in the longer treads.

There's the list of veggies here that lists 21 different veggies under the 3% carbs limit.
Are we okay to eat other veggies that are also under the limit, or should we just stick to those?
If others are okay, what others can people think of?

I'm thinking of alfalfa sprouts (under 1g per 100g), fennel (c. 2g), spring greens (c. 2g) and pak choi (c. 2g) here myself.

Well, it's BIWI's Bootcamp not mine, so she might come along later and say otherwise but I use other veg too, as long as the carb count isn't too high. Sometimes it's on the packet, but if not I just go on Sainsbury's internet shopping and look at the carb count - on the rare occasion something isn't on there I google it and have a look at a few sites.

I eat all the ones you listed at the end.

Thanks Chipping, I'll just assume it's okay, I think. :)

I buy anything that's green and in a bag! It's just so much easier when I'm at work.

Oh yes - you can eat any, don't have to restrict yourself to that list, as long as the carb count isn't too high.
