Day 3 & I think i'm having sugar 'withdrawal' symptoms?

Drinking a lot of water but feeling pretty nauseous & liked I need a sweet tea I won't though [shocked]

How long did/does it generally take for this to pass?

Makes me want to stick to this WOE though. It can't be good for you to feel like you have to have sugar. So strange.

Mineral water might help...? Or just salts and mineral rich foods, of course.

If you're on day 3 it'll probably get easier soon, but I guess the adjustment can take upto a couple of weeks.

Thanks.

Will try that Smile

Cbeebijeebies - I've answered you on the questions thread Grin but just to repeat - drink lots of water, eat lots of fat and make sure you're getting plenty of salt - cook with it/add it to your food. You could also try drinking hot Bovril/Marmite/Oxo to achieve the same effect.

You also need magnesium and potassium - spinach, avocado, salmon and full fat natural yoghurt are all good for that

Thanks BIWI Smile

Have some spinach 'in stock' so will find a way to fit that in today & tomorrow. Probably need to drink more. Was a habitual under-drinker before (and over eater...what a surprise!).

Does being tired affect it? Had an awful night with DS.

It won't help, I'm afraid Sad
