South coast holiday with a toddler and a new baby - is this a mad idea?

i live in the south and Would like to go on holiday with my toddler and new baby but think it is probably too unrealistic to try to do this on my own, at least until they are both older and potty trained etc
However just out of interest has anyone been on holiday south coast area with tiny ones, where did you go (esp if you would recommend it) and what were the baby friendly features?

I don't think its mad at all! Get a self catered apartment and have a wonderful time.

Anywhere with a beach is fine, just pack lots of nappies! Quite a lot of places have travel cots etc included.

go, go
what's your budget, whereabouts where you thinking, beach??

If they are potty trained you will have to make regular stops in the car and carry pottys / hunt for local toilets (I am just discovering this). 2 in nappies might not be such a bad alternative.
