I had a erm fling with a bloke who I shouldn't have done. Iknew right from the start that it nwas only ever going to be no strings crap and i agreed to it, but broke the rules by liking him too much and now I am just in a mess.

The first person in 4 years to like me and I go and fuck it up hugely AND not only that, it is supposed to be a secret and yet someone who knows him and me has just guessed and they have a big mouth, which means he will never ever come back.

You need a plan of action to give you a lift. Can you do some shallow things to cheer yourself up? clothes, haircut, break from the dc's?
