I would love to meet a man that likes children, that can cope with tantrums and mess, that doesn't mind staying in sometimes because of childcare, that understands that sometimes i'll be to tired for sex, and that occasionally i'll turn into a stressed out dragon and eat my own body weight in chocolate.

I go on dates with men, who seem fine, but just not the sort of person I want helping (eventually if we were to live together) bring my children up. Men that are childless usually, that have no idea about parenting and the responsibilities that come with it.

I was with a man for 3 years who was amazing with my children, maybe he has set the bar to high? I don't want to have to worry if my kids are noisy, messy or getting in and out of bed when they are supposed to be asleep.

Are there any special dating sites for mothers/fathers?

There is 'single with kids', but they seem to share their information with other dating sites, so you can't guarantee that you're talking to another parent.

theres a agency called "kids no object", which ive used in the past, very good but you do have to pay to be on the mailing list.
