has anyone had experience of this? after 18 months of nothing (just calculations) they havent taken any money out of his wages but have sent me a letter saying they are sending the bailiffs around to his house. can he get out of this? and if he does, what will happen next...does anyone know?

I hope they take every stick in the place. What kind of a LOSER doesn't pay maintenance for his own kids? Creep! No, he can't get out of it unless he pays up. After this, I'd push for them to start garnering his wages and/or benefits.

Would be interested to know the answer to this one as my ex is playing hard to get...he did inform me that as he was 'paying' for his son he does expect to see him....well i still havent had anything from him financially and he hasnt bothered to see his son either!! GRRRR
