Chapter 999 from the Book of Twuntish behaviour!! He (and psycho GF) moved house yesterday - just 6 days after the court wrote to him over non payment of maintenance. The letter did state that he had to notify me and court if he moved. I asked him for his new address (kids wanted to know too)- apparently he doesn't know it although he is living there!! Even he is not so thick to be able to live in a house and not actually know the address!! So.. what next? What do I do? yet another battle. He's meant to be having DC o/n Friday but there's no way he's getting them if I don't know where he lives. BTW he is earning and spending a fortune - just likes to not pay maintenance cos I'll be spending it all!

You go back to the court and they issue a summons requiring him to give you his address? He is required to tell you where he lives within a certain period of moving if the maintenance is court-ordered? Anything short of this is contempt of court -- may be wrong on this however...

There's a safety issue involved if the DCs are going to be with him and you don't know where, especially if they're sleeping over. I don't know if you're entitled to keep them from going with him on Friday even without the address information, though.

Go back to court. The clerks will probably be able to tell you what to do, forms to fill out, etc., or there might be a help desk. Or contact your solicitor.
