Anyone had success in getting maintenance from overseas (esp Italy)

DS tosser of a father promised to pay maintenance and yet again it was all false promises and we in this shite financially.

I did go to court to do REmO but he got his mum to answer door and say he didn't live there....! not tried anything with the new CSA agency... anyone had success.... grrr I hate him!!!!

I've done it but it's with Australia, not Italy. I'm dealing direct with the Aus CSA. I have had money, but not regularly and I recently found out that my ex didn't give them anything, they took it from his bank account. He's also had it drastically reduced though he still won't pay it, so I'm disputing the amount.

CSA here didn't even tell me there was a reciprocal agreement, or that I could get anything once ex had gone back to Australia.
I cam across it purely by chance and they have been much better than the CSA here, though that's not hard!

I have had my moans about them, and they can tell me one story one minute and another the next and I wasn't happy recently about having to give them full details of my finances for them to forward to my ex, but at least they've got me some money and I've found a guy there who is great so I always ask for him now.
