okay, brand new to the site and have been googling some answers lately. past mumsnet threads pop up alot and have been very informative so makes sense to make my own.
So... just wondering if anyone has some personal insight or answers that could help me fill in some blanks...
Here i go...
i had to open a case with the csa but my case is 'technically stuck' and has been for the past 4 months!! Has this happened with anyone else? how long did it take to sort?
this leads me to having to now contemplate going to a lawyer as my ex is denying 'our' daughter. i want a dna asap and he is even making that difficult...
Can a lawyer find out his address, to send letters to, as i dont know the specific building or flat number?
Can 2 different lawyers act on my behalf for seperate cases on the same general subject (family law)? - i dont want to get my current lawyer involved in this case... long story.
Finally, does anybody know the general procedure for this dna kafuffle?
any responsd to any of my questions is greatly appreciated.
