I am a single parent who is bringing up my litle one _ i have no family around & a ex that is helpfull at times !
but i have a neighbour who is the same situation as me a single parent but i have got the stage she is all take take. I don't have may friends & I don't need friends like this- today she told me
you need to get a job alway gives me wrong advise. when my father passed away she told me to get over it. and she always puts me down. i feel very upset by this.

You sound very lonely, how old is your LO? Who are your other friends - you say you don't have many, do you mean you have a few good friends or all your friends are unsupportive.

How long ago did you split from your ex? Is this the reason you don't have many friends (when I was with ex I lost touch with a lot of mine as he was controlling) or have you always found it difficult to make friends?
