ok need some advice on here not doing Aibu as feeling bit to raw for that

i had to flee mine and the kids home due to my exh twatish behaviour he has got himself mixed up with a bunch of drug and people with drink problems and some mental health issue disclamer here nothing against that since ds has own issues , just the harm there doing me he also has his own mental health issues

we been divoiced for over 3.5 years he was and is never been bothered about ds3 as he views him as damged goods
but was better with dd ,well things got bad recently and we had windows broke, dogshit smeared on door and petrol on porch and police agree its all linked to his so called friends/people he has run foul of

so i had enough and just upped and went.did beg him to leave town we both lived in but he wont becuase its his home town but i lived here for 13 years he lived here for 6 nonje knows where we are other than one person i trust 100%.Right now i feel like want to make sure he never sees the dc again how do is atnd can he find us ? via school as obviously they will be contacted by new schools .

in various time sthanks to him, aquantences had to have a injunction couple times against his circle or people hes annoyed police been involved so had panic alarms fitted etc

Contact the school and tell them you don't want any information passed onto him.

I'm not sure you can stop him seeing them, but you can def stop him from finding out where you live, by making sure everyone you deal with regarding the children is aware your details are confidential. My exh used to collect the children from designated drop off points rather than visit my address.

I am sorry to hear you've had such a rough time.

we had no contact arrangements in place he never asked them for them would only see ds3 if either ds1 or ds2 would go , there not his children and right now ds1 is very angry with him.

is tthere anyway he can trace us , would anyone be able to disclose it
though new landlord is aware of it and as they work out back said he be straight there if any problmes

No one can disclose it.

My exh was a pita too, parents had to change number, etc. I jsut made sure that anyone likely to get in contact with him was aware that my address was private. Even when documents had to be sent to him (bloody sw!) they were edited to make sure any details about location were omitted.

I'm glad to hear the kids are more settled.

cestlavielife · 19/01/2010 09:57

if they are not his children then he has no automatic rights to see them.

jsut amke it clear to school that he should not pick them up etc.

but if he seems to be pursuing you , you should maybe see a solicitor for some advice

Phoenix4725 · 19/01/2010 11:25

ds3 and dd are his ,ds1 and ds2 are not .

he has no idea where my parents are as they moved not long ago.

ah we have no sw involved ,ds used have a disablity sw but he discharged him from book

and yep will contcat a lawyer just in case

thank you
