Official 'Warrant of Execution' for XH!!! happy New Year!!

Well, I've finally done it and stood up to him again for non payment of maintenance and court costs. had his psycho GF screeching at me in the street again last week cos I've asked him to make sure he pays ALL his maintenance (they are looking at buying a £300k house FGS and he bought ehr a diamond ring fr Xmas - exactly the same as my engagement ring - twat!). Anyway according to psycho, I am a spoiled brat who needs to live within my budget (I do!!) and rant rant rant, lots of 4 lettered words. So, today i went to the court and completed an attachement of earnings form so the maintenance will now come from his wages directly and the wonderfully named Warrant of Execution which will mean he gets a visit from the bailifs to recover/pay the £1000 he owes me in divorce costs!!! yay!!! happy new year to twat - couldn't happen to a better pair!

I think I would seeking a restraining order against the gf as well. Stay strong!

Good. I despise people who go out of their way to avoid paying for the children they created!

But expect problems. Talk to police / solicitor now, to get advice. If they can behave like this when you ask for money, I can imagine how they are going to react to a warrant!

Already had harrassment orders against the GF - if she does anything serious I'll just phone the police. So sick of their lavish, luxurious lifestyle while chucking me what they feel like and taking it away on a whim. Well, got a court order and gonna make him stick to it!!!

hmm that sounds good idea. reported x to csa and now he's told them he's lost his job, still haven't found out if that's the thtruth or something he's just saying. that's the third time this year he's stopped it.

Leslaki did you go through the CSA? Is this something that anyone can do?

I can't go though CSA just yet as our court order was only in July - he lasted well at paying didn't he - 5 whole months - whooppee!!! Could have taken him to small claims court but thought the bailiffs might be a tad more effective and might show him he can't mess about any more. Still wish the Warrant of Execution had more of a note of public flogging/hanging though!!

I don't get the connection between CSA and court order. If you don't have a court order (haven't filed for divorce yet), can you just contact the CSA and leave it with them? This is my plan, as I don't trust ex to pay the 20% he should because he earns over £100k and begrudges every penny for 'me'.

Lilac21 - if you ahve a court order which sets out maintenance, neither party can go to the CSA for a year. If you can wangle more than 20% out of him then worth getting a court order then it's 'guaranteed' for a year (if they don't pay then you have to go back to court) but then he can go to CSA to get it down to the 20%.

I'm waiting till he misses the next maintenance payment at the weekend then I'll phone the court. According to my DC he has just bought another big F off TV - haha!!! that'll be going then!!!

OMG!!! Just watching that programme about the bailiffs|!!!! they add SO much on! Ah well, I am a bitch from hell anyway so when they take the new 50 odd incher TV (P.E.!!!) away my name will be !!!! Hope they film it for tv!! !!
