I am in on my own with DS and my terrace in the 'bad street' that I live down (that I tell myself isn't all bad) has been overtaken by already drunken knobheads and their wild unruly children. sigh It's gonna be a long night...

Very sad but am thinking of going to bed. Only reason not too is with no TV/music on neighbours who are out in terrac shouting and swearing at each other and their dcs will be even bloody louder.

Hello - can I join? Have been on my own for one month now. Feeling very calm and relieved New Year was quite good as we could see lots of fireworks and chinese lanterns out of the windows, we were too high up to see any properly before. And DS finally went to sleep just after midnight so I should really go to bed now too...
