Feeling trapped

Would really welcome any suggestions on this one , from anyone experiencing something similar. I originally posted it on the legal topic.

Unfortunately there's no quick and easy answer !

i am having a similiar situation with my ex,he saw the kids every day then he moved away from us and he was supposed to see them every 4 weeks,he has never stuck to that,it was 6 weeks then 7 then 3 months,then 6 weeks then 9 weeks,i have offered him 3 different access arrangements,i want him to sign an agreement between us then he has to stick to it,you could try this.
He has binned all the agreements and is refusing to agree to any reasonable contact wanting to only see them every 2 months!!!!!not acceptable at all,so under the solicitors advice i have stopped all access so he has to agree to a more reasonable agreement or open a court case to fight me on the access thing,but the good thing is that whatever the court decides he will have to stick to it.
