Just to let you know, that if the CSA has messed up your case, it's worth complaining. My xh owes me nearly #2000 in arrears and whilst I have little hope of actually getting that, the CSA have given me this to compensate for their mistakes. I complained via their website and they allocated it to a particular person, which is much better than having to keep repeating your story every time you call. It took a while, but it's possible
