I just don't, I have found out today that court order for contact for ds does not include xh feeding him the food I have to provide due to his food allergies (xh is incapable of feeding ds right), so basically it doesn't matter what he does to ds as long as I turn up.

I could cry, I don't have any fight left to deal with this anymore.

I cant change solicitors due to the fact the only available ones are xh's solicitor and my solicitor's husband!

I never got a court report as the sheriff didnt see the need. I also had the sheriff educating me on how to feed ds with his allergies etc this was the same one who requested I write the parenting manual (as if everyone is this lucky) its not some stranger xh is looking after it is his son.

All I can hope is ds is proud of me when he grows up.

I've only just seen your post, but remember the other thread about this? I said then that if your ex knows he has to stick to a food rule because it can harm ds, and he doesn't, I really feel it may constitute a form of attack on the child.

Please forget trying to make him be reasonable. He obviously wants to hurt you so much he is prepared to hurt his child.

Go back to the start with the law, get the doctor to confirm in writing that this is medically important, and see if you can attack your ex on the grounds that he is effectively abusing the child with the wrong food.

Take control and you will start to feel better. You gave him a chance and he threw it in your face. Stop being 'nice' and get shitty.

I have fought back, I gave all the reports from the doctors and consultant to the sheriff he is the one who has ordered contact not me I refused.
Although it might not seem it but I have stood my ground after the last threatening episode xh is no longer allowed to talk to me at handover, call or text me unless ds is actually with him and it is his request. The only way he can do anything is through email or his solicitor so it might not seem much but it is a little step.

Fucking Sheriff. They are really shit. So many times the S.court has messed up children and stuff.

Why are you in a S.Court and not the Family Court?

How far would you go? BBC Scotland has an investigations unit that might be interested in sticking their oar in? I used to work there so I could tell you what to expect if that route ever appealed (I'm not in the business anymore, it's just a thought, nothing I would benefit from, I promise).

I'm sorry LittleM, it's so bloody awful for you. And it does sound as though you are fighting back, but these stupid bloody men are so unreasonable that their actions are actually unbelievable, aren't they?

It makes me so angry reading about the dreadful ways they are prepared to treate their own children just to make a point. It's disgusting.

I still think your xh is guilty of assault in this situation though. I just have no idea how you make the court listen to that without getting backign, from someone.
