Hi,
was hoping someone could help me, I am currently going through courts to get access sorted with ds(3) and exh. We were in court recently where the sherrif ordered no motion to his requests.
So currently ds see his dad for a couple of hours a week.
We are due back in court at the end of the month, but nothing will have changed regarding my reasons for denying contact and so far he has only see ds 1 out of 2 contact sessions.
Can anyone tell me what to expect for the second trip to court and if there is anything I can do to limit the amount of contact ds has with exh till I am happy the reasons for withdrawal have been addressed?
