I met a sexy guy on a night out, now what??

Ok Ive been single for 7 months, went out fri night and got chatting to a sexy guy, this is the first guy Ive been remotely interested in since splitting from my ex, anyway I ended up going back to his place, didnt sleep with him, not my stlye but we had a kiss and a cuddle and I stayed the night, (my ds was at his dads).

Next day he gives me a lift home asks for my number and I get his, I initiated the 1st contact by texting him yesterday, he replied but not til today and requested me as a friend on facebook.

But now what? Ive never really done the dating thing, My exp and I were friends from uni and kind of just fell into a relationship and before that I was only young so just had a few flings. so do I just sit and wait to see if he asks to meet me? Surely he wouldnt ask for my number if he wasnt interested?

Convention dictates that you now sit patiently by the phone darning socks until he calls and asks you out. At which point you take a deep breath, resist the urge to shout "YES!!!!!" down the phone and play hard(ish) to get by "checking your diary" before saying "Sure, I'm free."

Thanks, I'm still waiting patiently, we have chatted briefly on facebook he initiated the chat but it was just general small talk, dont know if I'm wasting my time thinking he might be interested. Or if I just need to be a bit more patient, I suppose it was only friday I met him.

Don't be sad he will probably contact you and if not...his loss . At least you've had a bit of attention !!!!
I seem to get the attention from men that are shorter than me...not just a little bit shorter but a good couple of inches . Let us know if you hear from him, I'll keep an eye on your thread.

Just to update you, I decided to bite the bullet and text him on the Thurs after the fri night. After I took the intiative he contacted me on sat and we met up.

So just wanted to say if anyone is ever in a similar situation, just contact the guy, who says you have to sit around waiting for them to contact u!
