Hi just wanted to post positive outcome. Am having a hellish battle with violent ex-partner about access to dd and he seemed to manipulating the system to his advantage.
so many times i felt like giving in as it was so draining and exhausting and daunting fighting him all the time
but i have continued to be strong and the court is now recommending no access. the battle is not over as he will take it to proof but i know now that i am strong enought to stand up to him.
so many times i have felt and still do how unfair the system is; and the lack of rights for women and children.
if anyone else out there feels like giving up please don't - there is hope - i wanted to post to give hope to others feeling like they are getting nowhere

Just wanted to say: bloody good for you. Well done for fighting the fight and doing what you know to be the right thing for your dd.
