We split in June 2007.
He's never been a regular in the dc's lives.

He saw them 5-6 times in a year, so I went to a solicitor and set up Contact centre so the dc's would have him in their life, I felt I had to give it this chance.
It started Saturday, he turnt up & we waited outside to go in. Once in I stayed for 10 mins or so to make sure the dc's were settled (they are 2 & 3yo) he told me during that time "Ah it doesn't matter that I've not seen them since Jan they've not changed" and also "You do nothing at home anyway" - aimed at me.

Anyway the kids got on fine at Contact centre, he went on his merry way and home again after & so did I.

Due to our mutual friend dying there has been a few phone calls between us the last week, tonight he asked me to call after speaking with my friend in France regarding the dog I am quarantining over to the Uk. I called and he didnt answer so I left it at that...he called back 10-15 mins later saying ...

"Claire, I have a gf, I have responsibilities now I can't be taking your calls all the time"

I told him it was funny he classed the new gf as a responsibility but not his kids and he didn't like that [truth hurts] then told him I didn't give a f*ck about the gf, infact I felt sorry for her (I was in a extreme d/v r/s with him for 5yrs and he won't get 'better' nor over it, this man is sick!) and I'd speak to him soon & I hung up.

What a wanker, I am so angry that he could class his gf as a responsibility and not his dc's...
