Its a year + off yet but I am curious so asking...

When DD & DS are at Primary School (DD starts next year) is there a piece I sign to say who would/could be collecting her? (Like at Playschool its noted down that only me or my sister will collect & not to let her go with anyone else?!!..)

I am wondering because I am not on good terms with their Father, and I am kinda thinking how easy it would be for him to collect/take her out of school..

He shares parental responsibility, and we are waiting on the contact centre to start us off as he was seeing DD & Ds every 3/4mths whenever he felt like it & even then crap with them..

I don't know if he'd ever take them like that but I want to know in advance if there is the same type of papers as there are at Playschool for school?

Sorry Hope I am making sense...Tia

Yes there is

the form asks if parents are apart and if there are court conditions or contact orders in place.
You can also have a note on file it's only you or your allocated person to collect.

For us I drop off my OH ( not her father) collects - time to time if her father is this way I'll call and let them know dad is collecting

Our school will only allow collection by others if they have express permission.

But you can always pop in minus kids and express concerns with the head - they do deal with a lot of kids bound to be some who don't have 3 kids happy marriage and a jack russell terrier!
