OMG I'm going on holiday!!!!!!

Some of you may have seen my recent thread about my twunt XP wanting our DD to pay for him to take her on holiday to Butlins

Anyway, I won a competition thing at work (to do with over achievement on target) and was rewarded with £1000 in vouchers of my choice.

Seeing as we havent been away for 3 years now and because DD and I have had such an awful time with XP, I decided on some holiday vouchers and some shopping vouchers.

So today, I booked a holiday to.....MOROCCO

I was going to just book majorca or somewhere but this actually worked out cheaper! My good friend is coming too and I'm so excited. DD is bouncing off the walls and we fly in 10 weeks

Thanks asbm, it's come just at the right time too. Just when I thought things were getting worse and worse every day.

Now we both have something to look forward to and all paid for by work aswell! Made all those extra hours worth it and I've booked it for 3 days after DD finishes her SATs!

moondog - we're going to Agadir. I don't even know anybody who's been to Morocco so not really sure what to expect! As long as it's hot enough for me to lie by the pool watching DD playing in said pool, then that will do for me

We're going all inclusive too so hopefully won't need much spending money!

Yes we will be ultra-sad and have matching cossies and outfits. I must add that I have yet to tell DD this but I'm sure she will be over the moon

Agadir is nice.
Very uncomplicated and great for a relaxing holiday of the sort you fancy.
You will be crawled over by men, partic. if going alone.

Thanks moondog. Our last holiday was to Egypt back in 2006 and I was crawled over by men then too - don't think they'd ever seen a blonde english woman before - so I've been used to that!

My friend who is coming with us is male anyway so hopefully they'll think we're a couple and leave me alone!

Send him a £1 tesco clubcard voucher (from morocco) and say it's your contribution towards him taking dd to Butlins - he can convert it to £4 of Butlins vouchers. Then send him photo of you n DD in matching cossies ina 'nanananana' type of pose!!! You have fun and make the most of it!!!
