dont let ex bother you for starters skramble.you've come really far and are getting on with your life.
when my dcs are with their dad i usually have a lie in,catch up with stuff around the house etc
i usually go out with friends but not always
tbh more often than not i quite enjoy time on my own to just chill and unwind

mine go for 24hrs at the weekend - so Fri evening/Sat evening and Sat evening/Sun evening alternately.

I have a lie in
On a Saturday I sometimes go shopping with my mum or a friend and have lunch out.
Otherwise I potter around - garden, bit of housework, read etc.

Sorry quick rant,

couldn't have a lie in as he said he would get them at about 10-11ish, ok last time I agree to that, will demand more exact times. So kids were ready from about 9:50.

I eventually phoned at 11.40 and he was round the corner at his mums, Are you wanting to see the kids, will I send them round then?

I mentioned about there swimming kits and he acts all confused, denied he said he would take them, so kids had been ready from 9:50 with swimming bags and all but he -changed- -his- -mind -as- -GF- -probably- -didn't- -want- -to- -go- forgot he said he wanted to take them. So he has sat round his mums all afternoon while kids probably on the PC upstairs, and his mum makes them dinner. Oh well. Good job I didn't pass on to the kids that daddy had said he was going to make them dinner.

Right done , sorry sometimes I feel I have come a long way but then he keeps pulling me down with his lies and the fact he says the first thing that enters his head, still smarting from the last week when he lied about buying her a new phone even though it was quite obviously second had, I don't care just don't fecking lie about it.

I also feel his influence in my DP's life but that is another story.

So I went into town and wandered about, then went and bought rolls for the packlunches, now on PC doing studying can you tell .

Friday evenings I like to chill unless I am going out, then look forward to a lie in Saturday morning.

I have a DP who I see a couple of times a week too, and last week he was on a skiing holiday with friends, so I arranged to go out with friends, visit my sister one evening & invite friends to me.
