what do/can you do if you suspect this is the case? Mine has told me snippets about a job he's doing but would soon clam up if I started asking questions about it ie actual income so have nothing to pass onto CSA, also not sure if he's still claiming benefits, just that we're still only getting dd's share (1/3) of the £5/week that I presumed was being deducted by CSA from his 'IB'. I can't go and see if he does go to work cos I have dd(2) with me. I just think if he is earning he should be paying more maintenance. When I was with him he refused to hold down a job, eventually it came out that it was because he didn't want CSA to take more than minimum for his 2 dds from previous.

i'd agree - what an arse!

my ex worked cash in hand doing bar work for years and never paid a penny in maintenance. tho i still would never have dobbed her in for it - just isnt the thing to do. have done my fair share of avoiding the taxman whenever possible, so wont throw stones - even at my ex.
