Got Xh's NW's XH coming round in a minute to compare stories and I'm getting nervous!!

Going to court on Tues for first financial hearing. Got xh's Form E and bank statement on Friday pm (not the 3 week min set by court). Anyway it's full of sheer and utter extravagance (balloon flights anyone????) and lies. He also claims he got married on may 1st (we're not even divorced yet)!!! Anyway loads of lies about his NW so I phoned her xh and he is very keen to talk as she fleeced him apparently. Exh and NW ran up loads of debt (about £40k) just before he left me so it would all be counted as joint marital debt and I'd be laible for half of it.

Very interested to hear what this guy has to say but feeling vvvvv nervous now.

Oh I hope he says something helpful and doesn't just scare the life out of you.

He was very nice and in same situation as me. He thought they were being amicable and everything - NW told him she was on her own etc etc and the relationship with my ex was over. he's been round their hosue and she hid all evidence of my ex!!! he was gutted when he found out about yet more lies. i felt bad about revealing things he didn't know and I think he did too. He's given me info to help me and it helps prove yet more of my x's lies so should help me in court.

can't believe how nasty and manipulative they (my x and his) have been. better off without them!

BTW on my x's form e he has declared that he got married in may (on my birthday actually) - a legal document that his solicitor has completed with him. But we aren't divorced yet. His bank statements show that he was in Dublin over that period. very odd...
