If you are scared about going away with your dd then why not go and stay with friends or go away with friends? Might be easier to manage if you don't feel confident about staying at home or going away on your own. Or choose child friendly hotels like the Moonfleet Manor chain, Cowley Manor, Sandbanks Hotel etc. All geared up for children and have nice spas too.
