Question about ex's maintenance payments...

My ex had his own building business, which he has now set up again with his girlfriend and himself as directors.
He is paying himself a minimum wage, paying her a lot more just to reduce his csa payments. Is this legal, and is there anything I can do about it?

a really common ruse - my friends ex did this with the added loveliness of the ex fil 'owning' the business and having his daughter paid the most .

She could never get any more money out of them - she informed the CSA. She's put up with having the 15% of the minimum wage - about 30 quid a week. She's ok though as it's made up by tax credits so she's not dreadfully off.

Still shocking that taxpayers/govt have to make up the money because of dodgy ex-partners

If I tell inform them of this fact (he has been bragging to friends) and they live together, would it be considered fraud, or is this what people do and usually get away with it?
