Anyone fancy getting into (better) shape during the 1st part of 2009?

Starting from next Monday I want to get back into regular gym routine and be better with eating..

So any others fancy having a little lone parents looking great thread?

how far are you running?? I was doing about 3 miles 3x a week, up until autumn last year then I got sloppy.. really need to get myself back into some sort of regime!

To the burger van and back
No, first ever time in my life last night and I walked/jogged round the village in 15 mins, didnt realise I could get round it that quick so will need to go to the next village to make it half an hour.
I wil be doing it 2 or 3 x a week.
Glad its dark is all I can say!
What sort of stuff are you doing at the gym?
