im a 46 grandmother ive had custody of my 8year old twin girls (grandkids)for 7years through their parents on drugs, ive always pulled my eyebrows out as long as i can remember but over the last year its been my hair iv been pulling out and its really bad this time iv been to loads of doctors been to the hospital but do not qualify for a wig on the nhs as its called tricolticollmainia the label they gave me ,in my region its not classed as self harm or ocd,in other words theres no money in the pot.So i was just thinking about setting up a support group and thought id ask if anyone or anyone you know has a wig stuck in the cuboard or garrage if they would like to donate it then as a hairdresser i was going to wash repair reslyle whatever so i could give them to people that are in a similar boat as myself and many many others, thanks for your time and hope to hear from you soon
