If best friend kicks out dp, how much can she claim?

She lives in a council flat, has one dd and works 16 hrs a week.

surely she must already get housing benefit? was her dp also registered as a tenant? if he was then she may get more assistance on her housing benefit. and naturally she should be getitng maintenance from him though i have yet to recieve a penny from my exdp.

He is registered as living there. He earns quite a bit so not sure if that effects what she is currently recieving.

Anyway she's had enough but needs to know what she will be able to claim as a single parent
