Can anyone help? After years of delays, the CSA finally completed a review of the payments my ex should be making. Now I learn my ex has reported a 'change in circumstances' so that has to be looked into before they can enforce. Surely this could go on forever, especially as he does not have a record of staying in one job for any length of time, alters his hours, spends periods unemployed...
Has anyone had any success in getting payments in this type of case?? Huge arrears owing to me now, which are much needed...
