Due to my experience I am starting to wonder whether the fathers are starting to get more rights in court than mothers. I would like to hear opinions from both sides.

The last blog on FATHERS4JUSTICE was 2017..... bear that in mind

Yes I do think courts have moved away from the automatic presumption that the mother has the majority of custody and every other weekend to the dad so that if a dad requests 50/50 he’s far more likely to be granted it even where it’s detrimental to the child(ren)

50/50 is now the starring point unless one parent is wanting less time, or there are concerns.
