16 year old son hasn’t seen his Dad for 2 years, sons choice. Lots of toxic history and controlling behaviour etc.

Ex husband generally pays half of younger child’s out of school sports (lots) but refuses to pay half for the son he no longer sees and hasn’t done now for 2 years.

FYI he pays maintenance for both children through CMS.

thoughts welcome please?

Sadly if he’s paying the CMS that’s all he legally has to do. Of course morally it would be better if he supported both kids but clearly he’s not a moral person.

What do you want people to say?

No agenda what I want people to say. Just sometimes doubt myself and wonder maybe he’s right financially supporting one child more than the other.

I think morals come down to it….
