Course you should. He may be happily married with kids and is just getting in touch to say hi! Don't read too much into it at this stage.

depends on what kind of men probs. If you have a partner, i wouldn't go there at all tbh, except perhaps a 'nice of you to get in touch - here is pic of me with my family enjoying life - what a long time ago it seems I last saw you' and leave it at that.

i think i am going to meet him ...ive got nothin to lose, and if i dont i will always wonder.....so hopefully he still wants to take me out..do you know the sad thing....i got butterflies when he contacted me last nite....such a tit head...think i am just excited to have got in touch with him lol

I met up with exbf last year after 16 yrs - we have been seeing each other but it is a bit on/off (hence my other thread re online dating).

I just had to meet up with him out of curiosity as much as anything. Luckily I was not disappointed.

i am just shitting myself because i have put so much weight on!!!!!! i dont know what he is expecting lol.....we talked again last night and he sent me some very nice texts this morning wishing me good luck for my exam......this is so daft isnt it...im just a tit head

Don't worry about the weight I had put on some weight of course but so had he.

TBH I fancied him more than when we went out together. And I told him that on one occasion.

he is a dental technician , with 2 cars, lives in a lovely area....and i am a single mum to 2 kids and a student lol...
I just dont know hoq to feel, was really excited about it but last night i just changed my mind, i dont know what to do...i dont want to not meet him and then regrettiing it or vice versa

This happened to me. I met my ex after 23 years. I was also worried about weight. He'd put on loads of weight, more than me even. It still only took us a matter of hours before we were in bed. It didn't work, but it was really good fun.Be prepared for anything and everything.

It absolutely worked in bed. Fantastic. After years of chasing my libido and wondering why it kept running away from me, it all changed overnight!! It didn't work for other reasons, some connected to why it didn't work the first time round and we both have a lot of baggage, emotional I mean, not holiday stuff. As an ego boost, a reminder of how you once were and could be again, it was the best thing I could have done. It hurt when it ended but it was worth it.

he texted me last night after days of nothing...so ive decided that i need to be fine on my own....not embark on some sex with some guy i USED to know...we arent the same people....nothing will come out of it apart from a shag...and i just dont want to go down that road............deleted his number
