Son. Brought home drunk by police.

What do i do? In need of advice.
At 3pm, on way to pick kids up from dads,got a call from police,they had my son,13yo. In the van with gf,both caught smoking and drink in city center at a very popular drug using spot.

Now after we collected him, popped in to supermarket for lunch stuff,and came out and he was gone!

So I ve had to report him missing. He hasn't answered his mobile, and has messaged my daughter to say he ll be home at 9pm.
So basically he's telling me what he's doing. Im really hopeful someone has advice as I have really run out of strength, and ideas. 😔 He has adhd,but a smart boy.

I don’t know what to suggest. I hope he’s home safe now but there needs to be huge consequences

What is his dad doing? Why is it all down to you.

Was he actually drunk at 3pm? Sorry to check, I know you’ve said so in your title, but that’s quite different from trying a drink. I hope he’s home safely tonight. Is this a new thing?

Rheres sp much going on going through courts due to his dad. But he was supposed to be with him at the time I picked him up 3pm.
