Ex has managed to swap from collect and pay to direct pay. Does anyone know how he may have managed this, even though he is abusive and controlling. He has a history of not paying on time and even missed payments on collect and pay. He owes over 7k arrears. I'm actually panicking at the thought of having to communicate with him etc. I can't believe he has managed this. I wasn't consulted by CMS at all, that can't be right surely! What can I do about this?
