ex p has agreed to go to mediation as he is applying for parental responsibility - as he will get it automatically |I wold like to set out a formal parenting agreement as otherwise he will be as difficult as possible ( im applying for transferring equity into dds name under Sch 1 childrens act in order to facilitate us living nearby so that he can maintain a relationship with his daughter he is objecting to this and if equity isnt transferred into her name I will have no choice but to move elsewhere - hundreds of miles away as I do not earn enough to get amortgage £6k he earns over £150k. I need some advice on what to be aware of in these agreements and idealy an example of a parenting agreement form please Any help would be greatly received Thanks

I really, really think you MUST get legal advice from a Solicitor as soon as possible. You may be entitled to Legal Aid.
