Guys please help after having my little girl (traumatic birth) how do you cope with reliving that day mentally especially of a night when I'm not as occupied by things......

To each their own: I didn’t watch anything with pregnancies or childbirth for years. Frankly, I still would rather not if I can help it.

Other than that I just kept busy.

At night time I put the radio on quietly for sleeping or a you tube video. Can listen to that falling asleep. (Different trauma)
