Hi, sounds really hard, sending big hugs and positive vibes. Have you spotted anything that seems to calm her? What is the general environment like at home in terms of lighting? Could that help, lower less harsh light maybe. Let yourself have the time to calm her, don't know if you have other children so prob not practical but see that half hr as a precious gift you are giving her and yourself with the reward being she has been calmed by her lovely mum who would do anything for her. Sounds really hard and in the moment it must be so difficult but in the scheme of a lifetime those half hr episodes are short. Big shout out to you for your strength and your daughter is blessed to have you, xx
