If you cancel a child maintenance claim can you keep the arrears? Read mixed things about it so has anyone been through it?

You can make a request to close your claim, and have any arrears outstanding collected.

I would complete your request to close online, but follow it it with a call to confirm that you want the arrears scheduled/collected.
