Anyone not agreed to receive CMS payment?

Just wondering if anyone has not accepted a CMS agreement and what happened.
my ex partner is self employed and I am aware he declares the minimum salary so has always threatened me to take him to court when I’ve asked him to create a schedule for when he would have DD.
He Has for the last 3 yrs given me £350 pm which is more than he legally would have to. We did mediation late 2023 and he was meant to have DD once a month overnight this happened once and created his own schedule he has her once every other Sunday for 4 hours. He doesn’t call her as was agreed in mediation.
Anyway fast forward to November he asked for DD to come to a family photoshoot I refused as I said she has rehearsal for a dance show. Since then he’s been very off but still made his payment start of December. He didn’t come to get DD on one particular Sunday with no message. We didn’t hear from him all Christmas or new year.
I’ve then received a couple calls from the CMS said that the child’s father has raised a case as they want to start paying me, I’ve asked them to put it in writing and I will come back to them. They have called again pushing for an answer however I know I would only get the bare minimum. I am happy to continue with our current practice of a monthly bank transfer and know he is doing this to play a game. Has anyone been in a similar situation and refused the CMS payment?

im just a bit confused as to what happens next

Sounds like he only wants to pay the minimum from now on - I don't think there's anything you can do to make him keep paying more.

Presumably if you drag your feet/somehow refuse the CMS you just won't get anything.

It sucks! But such is CMS 😬
