Bit late really to start this but I can't sleep....just wanted to know if any of you other single mums ever feel lonely and if so what do you do about it? Just thinking about it really cos of bank holiday weekend coming up and hearing everyone's plans for weekends away "en famille" made me feel a bit out of the loop IYSWIM.

I spilt wine on my laptop then a cuppa and that was it is had had it! I was without for several weeks before I managed to save enough to by a cheap pc and it was so depressing! The evenings were hideous!

I hate tv too. Love listening to music but when you're alone what do you do when listening? Stare into space?

charliecat · 04/05/2008 23:38

No you MN while listening I like CSI, and the background noise TBH..

singledadofthree · 04/05/2008 23:38

what? you tried to wash the wine off with tea - welcome to the world of slow old pc's - can only dream of a laptop, tho all me kids have them.

charliecat · 04/05/2008 23:39

I had about a week without my pc(brought a laptop and put it thru the books as an expense) my house was tidy and clean by the end of the week

misscathcart · 04/05/2008 23:50

singledadofthree · 04/05/2008 23:51

charliecat · 04/05/2008 23:52
