Any other lone parents (children’s other parent not involved at all) tired all the time? How can I be less tired? I need some tips on how to combat the tiredness and exhaustion from doing it alone as it’s really affecting my parenting as I just have no energy and struggle to do things. What do others in this situation do to combat the tiredness of it all?

I am absolutely shattered 24/7, even when my baby sleeps well. I still feel exhausted. The mental load of it all takes its toll on you. I wish I had some good tips but I just literally survive on coffee

My toddler has been on the go since before 3am. Still going strong which means I haven't slept either. I have to be up to get ready for work in an hour. Following along incase anyone has advice but offering solidarity.

Ask your your GP to check your iron levels and thyroid function just to rule it out.
