How do you do it?!

I made a point this holiday to have a special days out with each of my children this summer holidays. They choose the location and what they would like to do.

They were the loveliest days. No fighting each other for my attention just good conversations learning more about them and a calmer time too than if all three were there.

So my question is how can I incorporate this into normal everyday life?

How old are your kids? Mine are 11 and 9 and they each get 15-20mins with me at bedtime while the other plays /gets ready for bed.
we read, me to the child, and them to me, or play a game/with some toys. Have done it since they were small and they treasure it. If there isn’t much other time in the day, I know we have that xx

They are 8, 4 and 2 so the two youngest are hard to leave with an activity as they want my constant attention. Feel so bad for my eldest.
