Hello.
My child has just started an apprenticeship and will turn 16 next month.
Will I still be due child maintenance up to her 16 birthday?

I thought it was up to age 20 if still in education? I could be wrong but that’s what I thought

Apprenticeships are not full time education. You are paid a wage. Therefore maintenance and any benefits will stop once they start work. If the apprenticeship is a September start all payments will stop at the end of August
