Hopefully it won't come to this meaning court ect, but if it did how does it work? I provide all the care for my children already, soon to be ex partner moving out soon. In our relationship I work part time, sacrificed my career, do school drop offs pick us, every medical/dental appointment, the person who sits in a n e if needed. I do bath time, bed time, homework, clubs extra activities-piano lessons gymnastics swimming. I do all the cooking and cleaning. Sorry currently writing this super quick, but if it ever ended up in court for the majority of custody surely would it go in favour? We have three children.

No unfortunately it doesn't work like that if he wants 50/50 he would likely get it unless safeguarding reasons etc

The courts always go with the children’s best interests. They would try to keep care the same as it is now.
